You must be legally permitted to advertise and sell the parking space on the website. Its the sole responsiblity of the user to investigage the legality of the parking space.
10. Parking
WhirlPark.ca does not provide a parking service, operate any parking lots or other parking. Those services are provided by the members of our service. We do therefore not accept any responsiblity regarding the safety of property or person in the locations selected by our customers. Neither do we guarentee the availablity of the parking as shown on the site. The management of the availability is the sole responsibilty of the seller of the said parking spot.
11. Selling Parking
We charge a 15% commission on sold parking spots. For security reasons there's a 14 day hold on all sold parking income. We send payment to sellers PayPal account once a month after the hold period.
It is sellers responsibility to ensure that all the entered information is correct and that all stated availability is true. If a buyer purchases parking from a sellers listing that contains inaccurate information or false availability the seller may loose their privilege to sell on the site and all refund & charge-back fees will be subtracted from future earnings.
12. Refund Policy
Our services on WhirlPark.ca offers great value through extremely favorable fees for parking related services canada wide.
The WhirlPark.ca service allows buyers and sellers of parking to purchase & sell parking spots for a specific period of time. In no event will WhirlPark.ca issue refunds for credits that have been purchased and utilized or applied to a specific service. Credits that have been purchased, but only partially used, are non-refundable.
WhirlPark.ca therefore does not offer refunds on purchased parking or credits.
13. Fees and Payments
WhirlPark.ca reserves the right at any time to charge and/or increase fees for access to portions of the Service or the Service as a whole.
In no event will you be charged for access to portions of the Service or the Service unless WhirlPark.ca obtains your prior written consent to pay such charges. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges for any services offered through the service by WhirlPark.ca or by any other vendor or service provider. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to the use of the Service through your account, and the purchase of any other services.
By using WhirlPark.ca you agree to pay all applicable fees. Refusal to do so or a trying to avoid payment by other fraudulent means will lead to your account being suspended or terminated.
14. Service Cancellation
Either you or WhirlPark.ca may cancel use of the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. You may cancel the service by calling (888) 496-0138 or emailing us through the use of Contact Us. You will remain liable for all outstanding payments and fees due at the time of cancellation. WhirlPark.ca may terminate the Service immediately without notice if you, in WhirlPark.ca's discretion, fail to comply with any provisions of these terms and conditions of service.
15. Membership Account, Password and Security
You will create a password and account when going through the sign up process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities occuring under your account. WhirlPark.ca cannot and will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your failure to comply with this section.
